Assistant Shop Manager – Hinchley Wood

Part Time: 15 hours over two days one week and, 22.5 hours over three days the next (including share of weekends)

Salary £9,263 per annum (prorated full time salary £18,525 )

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Shop Manager to join our North Cheam Team.  This role will require the successful candidate to assist and support the Shop Manager in maximising shop profit by achieving budgeted income, controlling shop expenditure in line with budget and recruiting and retaining a motivated team of volunteers.

Knowing what it takes to maximise shop sales, you will possess a sound knowledge of technical terms and commercial arithmetic, and an excellent understanding of working within a customer focused environment.  With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail.  You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.
